huh! I've done it.... I decided to enter a contest here on DA. Of course I know that I've still got to improve soo much... and learn so many things to be able to compete with the great artists here... but still... I want at least to receve feedback from people... :blush:

I dunno why in cartoons people who managed to catch a fairy usually keep her in a bottle... I'm sure that it's not to comfortable. Poor fairy! :shakefist: :D

This is actually pretty good for a contest entry! Better than what I can do right now...;p

Compete w/ the artists, huh. Many if not all of us is in the same boat. Even the best put themselves to be greater!

Feedback, well, I think to get great critiques, you gotta search for them by getting into clubs and get known.

Did you have a great month, cause it would be a tad late for me to day, welcome to dA. :wave: (Even though I am only 8 months in, so I guess I still have to figure things out myself...:blush:)

Yep, it's quite hard to be new here on dA. So many unknowns.. and when you see alll the great and popular artists, who'd been here for years... sometimes it just makes me want to give up saying "I'll never be that good" ... but it also gives such inspiration. and a wish to try harder.
and I never regreted joining dA! :aww:

The artists here have not just been really friendly (I even did an interview on =Endling and *SethXHellsing and they were like, 'yeah, I'll do it'.) but they are such an inspiration and actually I feel that I can get into art better than before.

Just to let you know, there are tons of dADrama around. (I am the type that kind of likes to get into it and sort it....=P) But don't let it get to you...everyone can get crazy here too and serious artists can get mixed with silly ones quite a but but hey, it is just a taste of the different people here.

Its really good, really smooth for one. its well blended, but not too much. Great facial expression, and in very good perspective, to be very honest, I can't see anything wrong here. If i could, I'd fav it twice, lol.
